So you want a career in the electrical Industry?
Gray’s are a leading local Electrical contractor that are base and work in the East Midlands. We undertake work predominantly in the Industrial and commercial sectors.
The company was founded in 2012 and our apprenticeship scheme started in 2014. Since then we have established an enviable reputation within the industry for nurturing talented individuals that have joined our program.
Every year GRAYS look to recruit the best young talent. We have a tried and trusted method to push and develop you to have a great career within the electrical industry.
Our selection process is simple.
Show your interest
Join our waiting list (form below) to attend one of our open days. This is where you will get to see the tools, skills and the people that are required to make GRAYS tick.
Open interview
You will then attend an open interview with the existing apprentices and a senior electrician.
Formal interview
On successfully completing this you will be invited back for a formal interview and if successful be given the chance to a weeks works trial with us.
Final decision
Once the work trial has taken place we will review your performance and will decide whether to offer you the opportunity to develop a career in the electrical industry with us.
